Please note that the remote requires 2 AAA batteries, which are not included and must be purchased separately. Method 2: 1. Press and hold the "head down" and "foot up" buttons on the remote simultaneously for 10 seconds. 2. Press the button on the side of the control box labeled "Learn" or "Reset Coding." 3. The beeps indicate successful syncing.

Method 3: 1. Press and hold the "head up" and "foot down" buttons on the remote simultaneously for 10 seconds. 2. Press the button on the side of the control box labeled "Learn" or "Reset Coding." 3. Once you hear beeps, the remote is synced.
